Made: Rebuilt in the mid-18th century
Location: Kashino shrine, Kashino, Ushimado
Dimensions: Front: 3.77m Side: 2.38m
Though its original date of construction is unknown, the current building goes back to the mid-18th century. Despite being sparsely decorated, the design of the front-facing karahafu (undulating bargeboard) is particularly noteworthy. Giving off a sense of dignity due to its splendid composition and finely balanced proportions, It is safe to say that this building is a masterpiece of the early-modern new shrine style.
